A compressed inventory of your obligation set, a list of missing owners, and a written note on whether a full studio is warranted.

Planning Studio

A$6,400 per seat

The Operational Compliance Blueprint: six sessions, homework, and office hours in week seven. This is the usual path for a quality lead with a messy map.

Year-round Desk

A$1,200 per month

Four hours of scheduled review each month for alumni who already have a map and need a sceptical second pair of eyes on cadence drift.

  • Hours do not roll beyond thirty days
  • Minimum four months
  • Not an outsourced compliance function

What is never in the fee

Appearance in a regulator conversation, ghost-writing of statutory reports, or overnight turnaround on a live incident. Travel to sites outside Victoria is quoted separately. Refunds, when they apply, are described on the refund page.
