Planning desk
Business consulting for compliance planning, without the theatre.
Most organisations already have advice. What they lack is a way to hold the work: which obligation is live, who owns the evidence, what residual risk the board is being asked to accept, and when the next proof arrives. That is the narrow subject of this desk.
The sequence we teach
Inventory first. Owners second. Evidence third. Residual-risk language fourth. Cadence last. Reversing that order is how binders become fiction. A policy drafted before an inventory almost always names controls that nobody can demonstrate.
What “consulting” means here
Siteflowbase sells facilitated education and short diagnostics. We sit with operators, edit their maps, and send them back to their counsel and auditors. We do not run your compliance function, and we do not sell software that promises a green dashboard.
Australia-shaped constraints
Reporting seasons, Privacy Act reforms, WHS duties, and the simple fact of distance between a Melbourne board and a Porcupine Flat plant all change the calendar. The method is portable; the dates are not generic.
